Did you know… Under The Influence is celebrating 20 years of playing together? We are hoping to see some of the great people we have met (historically speaking). Whether you caught us touring around the Midwest at places like TJ’s, The Roxy, The Derek Thomas and Neil Smith Show @ Jamaican Me Krazee, Smithville lake, The Horny Toad, The Lonestar, Woody’s, Casino after Casino after Casino OR opening for innumerable national artists like REO, Little River Band or the Doobie Brothers, OR heard our music on regional radio like 99.7 KY, or KKJO, OR picked us up off the side of the road when our bus was broken down OR came to make sure we were ok when you saw our bus on fire in a rest area OR just plain WINNING, we would love to have you all stop in and say hello. This is our last show of the year in KC and we are expecting well… a celebration. No gifts please.

Soca Jukebox is politely observing a decade of false bravado and Island Percussion Partying, this Friday, May 11th at the Voodoo Lounge at Harrah’s Casino. We will be sharing the stage with Under The Influence. I’ve totally heard of those guys somewhere.
