Folk Roots & Americana band, Under the Big Oak Tree reunited recently for run of performances in Texas.


Shows included…

a live radio interview and performance on 90.1 KPFT, (Friday Mar. 6 – Wide open spaces, 2:01ish)
“fiddle tune fridays” with the 5th grade orchestra at the prestigious “Village School” in Houston,
an evening show at JP HOPS HOUSE in Houston,
a house concert in Kemah, Tx &
a brunch concert at the Lakewood Yacht Club.


Captain Rocky and 1st Mate, Jane showed us tons of hospitality, some late night jamming and treated us to my very first sailing expedition in Galveston Bay aboard the “Solstice”.
